Eligibility for Returns

- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and receipts are intact
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, socks, anklets, or accessories worn directly on the body
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to availability
- Only one exchange per item is permitted
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Instagram DM with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24β48 hours
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days
- Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from Litkitz
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Litkitz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
